Juventus

Since January, Juventus have played a 4-2-3-1 and will recruit accordingly. Signing wingers is now the priority, although Juventus' efforts to strengthen the midfield will continue regardless of the arrival of Rodrigo Bentancur from Boca Juniors. A lot of work was done on signing Corentin Tolisso but Juventus' interest has decreased in proportion with every increase Lyon have made to his asking price. Douglas Costa (Bayern Munich), Angel Di Maria (PSG) and Keita Balde (Lazio) have emerged...

Luciano Spalletti's track record hints he can be successful at Inter Milan

Stewart Robson feels the addition of Luciano Spalletti to Inter Milan will do them a deal of good at challenging for titles.
Luciano Spalletti praises his Roma squad as he departs the club, while also lamenting their lack of unified direction.

In a welcome contrast to last summer, Inter announced the arrival of their new coach early this time around, officially hiring Luciano Spalletti on a two-year deal today.

After being linked with Antonio Conte and Diego Simeone, there's little point denying that the pick is seen as underwhelming by part of the Nerazzurri fanbase, especially as the Tuscan coach (he's from Certaldo, near Florence) was unable to deliver a title to Roma, and had a public standoff with club legend Francesco Totti...

Zidane proves he's perfect for Real right now, Wenger's big risk, Inter mess

The FC crew react to Cristiano Ronaldo's comments saying his critics have to 'put their guitar back in its case.'

When Zinedine Zidane was appointed to replace Rafa Benitez back in January 2016, plenty were skeptical -- including yours truly. Boy, were we wrong. His first 17 months at the helm of the club have been close to unparalleled, and any concerns over his experience and personality have been blown away.

What about his lack of experience? Fact is, Real Madrid -- especially this Madrid -- is so different from any other club that a long track record elsewhere isn't quite as relevant. Far more important...

Super Ivan Perisic ensures a happy end to a difficult season for Inter Milan

Perisic was superb in smashing a disinterested Udinese side. Where was this form all season?

Inter put a demotivated Udinese side to the sword 5-2 to finish up the 2016-17 campaign in a disappointing seventh place. The Nerazzurri went ahead early when Davide Santon found Eder unmarked in the box. Ivan Perisic then began his show, scoring a goal and putting the visitors' defence to the torch, with an assist for Marcelo Brozovic to make it three. Udinese lost heart but still managed to answer back with two goals.
