Germany striker Lukas Podolski announced his decision to retire from international football on Monday.

Podolski, 31, announced his retirement from the Nationalmannschaft 12 years after making his debut in a 2-0 loss to Hungary prior to the 2004 European Championship. The former Arsenal attacker won 129 caps for Germany and scored 48 goals, and is the last member of the 2006 World Cup team to step down.

Sources have told ESPN FC that Man United have agreed a fee for Paul Pogba.
Portuguese winger Bruma signed for Galatasaray in 2013.

Galatasaray want to keep Bruma despite interest from Manchester United and PSV Eindhoven, a source close to the player has told ESPN FC.

Bruma put in an impressive display against United last Saturday, leading to speculation about his future with Galatasaray valuing him at €25 million.

The winger has been given assurances that he will enjoy an important role in the side next season if he does stay on, and the club feel that he will bring in offers matching their valuation next summer.
