Fulham's wait for a first Sky Bet Championship win continued on Saturday as Cardiff secured a point to keep the pressure on controversial manager Felix Magath.

Life has proved tough for the west Londoners as they attempt to adapt to the second tier after 13 years of Premier League football.

It had looked like a first win of the season could be on the cards when Tim Hoogland capped an impressive first-half display by nodding Fulham ahead, only for Kenwyne Jones to secure a rejuvenated Cardiff a 1-1...

Fulham's B£11million striker Ross McCormack eased the pressure on boss Felix Magath with the only goal of the Cottagers' 1-0 Capital One Cup victory at Brentford.

The forward latched onto Chris David's defence-splitting through ball to slide a low shot into the far corner to settle a hard-fought west London derby.

Tim Hoogland twice went close with long-range efforts for the visitors before the break as the game ebbed from end to end.

Fulham's best chance fell to Cauley Woodrow on the half hour but...

Under-fire Magath gets Khan backing

The Cottagers have lost the first four games of the 2-14-15 Championship under Felix Magath.

Fulham owner Shahid Khan has given his backing to manager Felix Magath despite their poor start to the 2014-15 season, and told the Evening Standard that the German is the "ideal" man to lead them back to the Premier League.

The Cottagers' promotion bid has started in the worst possible fashion with fans calling for Magath to be sacked after four straight defeats left them rooted to the foot of the Championship.

The 61-year-old took over at Craven Cottage in February but could not prevent Fulha...

Fulham manager Felix Magath remains confident he can take Fulham back to the Barclays Premier League but admits there will be changes after they were thrashed 5-1 at Derby.

A fourth consecutive defeat leaves Fulham below Blackpool and Bolton at the foot of the Sky Bet Championship although Magath believes he can revive their fortunes.

On the evidence of this, he has a big job ahead of him after his young team collapsed despite Scott Parker's second-half equaliser which cancelled out Jamie Ward's o...

Wolves celebrate after taking the lead through Bakary Sako.

Fulham's miserable start to life in the Championship continued as they crashed 1-0 at home to Wolves.

Bakary Sako's first-half strike condemned the relegated Cottagers to a third straight defeat and left them one place off the foot of the table on goal difference.

In fact, to quote Craven Cottage regular and daytime quiz show host Richard Osman, Fulham are still 'Pointless'.

Sako could even afford to miss a stoppage-time penalty before manager Felix Magath trooped off to chants of 'Felix Out'.
