Vincent Janssen could miss rest of Fenerbahce's season with toe injury

Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen could miss the rest of the season at Fenerbahce due to a toe problem, according to a source close to the club.

The Netherlands international, on loan at Fenerbahce from Tottenham, was initially thought to have picked up a minor injury during the 1-0 away victory over Bursaspor before the winter break.

But he has now missed 13 games in all competitions since being sidelined, with the source saying the injury is more severe than expected and that he is not likely...

Robin van Persie agrees to return to first club Feyenoord

Robin van Persie is leaving Fenerbahce to return to Feyenoord.

Robin van Persie has agreed to rejoin his first club Feyenoord after 14 years away.

The Dutch striker, best known for spells with Arsenal and Manchester United, is set to terminate his deal with Turkish club Fenerbahce.

The Rotterdam side announced the news on Friday, saying Van Persie, now 34, would officially join them on Monday.

Van Persie left to join Arsenal in 2004, going on to score 132 goals for the Gunners, winning the FA Cup in 2005.

Vincent Janssen seals season-long loan to Fenerbahce from Tottenham

Fenerbahce have completed the singing of striker Vincent Janssen on loan from Tottenham Hotspur for the rest of the season.

Janssen rejected a loan move to Brighton before the English window closed, and he will now move to Turkey on its transfer deadline day.

Fenerbahce shared pictures on Twitter of the striker signing his contract while the player himself wrote: "Thanks for the warm welcome today! Looking forward to this new adventure in Istanbul. Haydi Fener"

Janssen to leave Tottenham for Fenerbahce on season-long loan

Fenerbahce have announced that they have reached agreement with Tottenham Hotspur for the loan of striker Vincent Janssen.

Janssen rejected a loan move to Brighton before the English window closed, and he will now move to Turkey before its transfer deadline later on Friday. 

The BBC had earlier reported that Fener were in talks with Diego Costa's representatives, but the move for Janssen would suggest any deal for the Chelsea striker is dead.
