FC Salzburg defender Patrick Farkas has revealed he suffered a stroke in the build up to the club's Champions league match against Napoli in October.
Farkas, 27, collapsed at the Salzburg training ground on Oct. 21 and the club kept quiet about the severity of the defender's illness until this weekend, when the Austrian used his club's media channels to explain what happened.

MANCHESTER -- Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has played down the prospect of Erling Haaland joining Manchester United in January despite reports on Friday the FC Salzburg striker is flying into Manchester for talks and insisted Paul Pogba will not be sold.
Sources have told ESPN that United made an enquiry over Haaland, who has also been linked with moves to RB Leipzig, Juventus and Borussia Dortmund and Solskjaer has travelled to Salzburg to meet with the 19-year-old's advisors.
Liverpool have announced the signing of FC Salzburg forward Takumi Minamino on a four-and-a-half year deal.
Minamino will officially join when the January transfer window opens on Jan. 1. Sources have told ESPN the fee is £7.25 million and his debut could come against Everton in the FA Cup on Jan 5.
