Huddersfield Town sign defender Florent Hadergjonaj from Ingolstadt

After seeing Huddersfield Town manager David Wagner's exuberant celebrations, Steve Nicol explains why he can't stand them.

Huddersfield Town have signed right-back Florent Hadergjonaj from German club Ingolstadt.

Hadergjonaj, 23, has joined on a season-long loan from the Bundesliga 2 side, although Huddersfield have the option to buy him at the end of the season.

Huddersfield coach David Wagner told his club's official website: "It was important in this window that we found a real competitor for the right-back position, and in Florent we have exactly the right player.

Brighton sign defender Markus Suttner from Ingolstadt

Markus Suttner made 31 Bundesliga appearances for Ingolstadt last season.

Brighton have announced the signing of Austria left-back Markus Suttner from Ingolstadt.

Suttner, 30, has signed a three-year deal with Brighton having moved from the German second-tier side for an undisclosed fee.

Adelaide United are tight-lipped on speculation a former Bundesliga manager will be the next coach of the A-League club.

German Marco Kurz is close to agreeing to terms to join the Reds, Fairfax Media is reporting.
