Kevin Trapp impressed in the Bundesliga for Eintracht Frankfurt last season.

Former Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Gregory Coupet has warned the Ligue 1 champions they risk serious dressing room unrest if they sign Kevin Trapp.

Trapp, 24, is one of Germany's most promising goalkeepers, and is reportedly poised to join PSG in a €10 million deal from Eintracht Frankfurt.

Trapp will challenge No. 1 Salvatore Sirigu for a place in the starting XI, and will push 2014-15 back-up Nicolas Douchez down the pecking order.

With Sirigu, 28, and Douchez, 35, both well-liked...

Trapp, 24, signed a new contract at Frankfurt last season, tying him to the side until 2019, but is reported to have a €9 million release clause in his contract.

Bild reports Trapp flew to Paris on June 4 to hold contract negotiations with the Ligue 1 champions.

Bruchhagen told Sport1 "We know that there has been an offer and Paris approached...

Berlin -- Armin Veh has returned for a second spell as coach of Frankfurt after agreeing a two-year deal with the Bundesliga club on Sunday.

Thomas Schaaf resigns as manager of Eintracht Frankfurt after one year

Thomas Schaaf will not stay for a second season in charge of Eintracht Frankfurt.

Thomas Schaaf has stepped down as coach of Eintracht Frankfurt after only one season in charge, the Bundesliga club confirmed on Tuesday.

The 54-year-old felt he no longer had the club's total support after ending the season in ninth place, pointing the finger at some of Frankfurt's bosses who criticised him in public towards the end of the campaign.

"We had a great, spectacular season, particularly at home," Schaaf said in a statement. "There were plenty of difficult situations we had to come through,...
