Arsenal's high asking price for David Ospina could scupper a move to Besiktas for the Colombia goalkeeper, according to the Turkish club's president.

Besiktas have already confirmed they are targeting Ospina in this transfer window, with the goalkeeper looking for more playing time after losing his starting place to Petr Cech last season.

David Ospina made four Premier League starts in 2015-16.

Turkish club Besiktas have confirmed they are targeting Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina but their sporting director says a deal has yet to be done for the Colombia international.

Ospina overtook the starting berth from Wojciech Szczesny at Arsenal last year but then found himself relegated to the backup position again after Arsene Wenger brought in Petr Cech in the summer.
