Arbroath were denied a morale-boosting win ahead of the play-offs as substitute Alistair Love rescued a point for champions Albion.

Midfielder Robert Linn looked to have struck the decisive goal in the 86th minute for Arbroath, who were chasing only their second win in 17 league games, but Love equalised in stoppage time.

Goalscoring chances in the first-half had been few and far between. Albion pair Thomas McCluskey and Edwards Ferns, twice, pulled shots off target, while Scott McBride and Kieran...

Albion overturned a two-goal deficit to clinch the League Two title with a 3-2 victory at Clyde.

Home goalkeeper Alan Martin parried a shot from Chris Cadden early on before Brian McQueen and then David Marsh headed Clyde into a 2-0 lead with goals after 20 and 28 minutes respectively.

Martin pushed away another shot, this time from Ross Davidson, but he was beaten by Cadden's low shot as Albion got themselves back into the game shortly before half-time.

The equalising goal came just after the hour...

Sean Dickson struck the only goal of the game as East Fife put the brakes on leaders Albion with a 1-0 home win.

Albion, eight points clear at the top overnight, had won six of their previous seven games but the Fifers clinched back-to-back home wins.

Dickson broke the deadlock on the half-hour mark, while Albion were denied by the woodwork in the 89th minute.

Neither side had mustered any clear goalscoring chances before East Fife midfielder Dickson gave the home side the lead in the 30th minute.

Chris Cadden's first professional goal helped top-of-the-table Albion to a 2-0 win at home to Berwick.

Cadden broke the deadlock in the second half before Mark McGuigan added a second to ensure Albion bounced back from a heavy loss last week.

Michael Andrews was forced into action several times in the first half, keeping out McGuigan to frustrate the hosts, who were looking to capitalise on Queen's Park dropping points.

Berwick had made a bright start but Albion's dominance eventually showed when Cadden...

Mid-table Elgin cruised to a coupon-busting 3-0 win at Scottish League Two leaders Albion thanks to an inspired performance from Jamie Reid.

City burst into a fifth-minute lead when Darryl McHardy headed home Reid's enticing free-kick from the left flank.

Reid then got in on the act himself 21 minutes later as the visitors doubled their lead with a fine counter-attacking goal as the midfielder slotted home from Shane Sutherland's centre.

Elgin had nothing by way of a response and made the game safe...
