Chelsea's Antonio Conte and Diego Costa have won the Premier League Manager and Player of the Month awards for November, following a month in which the club won all three of their games and went top of the table.
The Blues beat Everton 5-0, Middlesbrough 1-0 and came from behind to beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-1, extending their winning run to seven games. It has since become eight games with a 3-1 victory over title rivals Manchester City.

Costa scored against Everton and Boro and provided an assist for Victor Moses as Spurs' unbeaten start to the Premier League season ended.
Pedro won the Premier League's Goal of the Month award for his strike in the same game.
Conte was named Manager of the Month for the second time in a row after winning it in October as Chelsea won four games in a row, scoring 11 times and conceding none.
