Eden Hazard being inspired by Antonio Conte's coaching at Chelsea

Eden Hazard has revealed that Antonio Conte is urging him to be more decisive in games after producing a man of the match display in Chelsea's 3-0 win over Burnley at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Goals from Hazard, Willian and substitute Victor Moses secured a convincing victory, but the Belgian was the star of the show, tormenting Burnley from the left flank in the same manner that won him the PFA Player of the Year award two seasons ago.

The result preserved Conte's perfect start to life as Chelsea head coach and after the match Hazard hailed the impact of his new boss, whom he says has made a point of challenging him to ask different questions of opposition defenders.

"He's tried to give us confidence," Hazard told Chelsea TV. "He knows players because he used to be one. We had one bad season but we are trying to do better. He tries to motivate us and we are giving everything.

"He told me to sometimes to go inside, sometimes to stay wide and open up the game. He wants me to score some goals and make a difference."

Saturday's win also secured Chelsea their first clean sheet of the season under Conte -- something Hazard believes is a positive for the whole team.

"For the defence and everybody it's important," the Belgian added. "The manager spoke about it before the game, for the last 13 matches we've conceded a goal so a clean sheet is always good for the confidence. It's a lot easier to win when you don't concede a goal.

"We created a lot of chances and scored three beautiful goals. There is no doubt we deserved to win and we want to play like that in every game. In front of the fans it's always good to score goals, we could have scored more but three isn't bad."

Chelsea lie second in the Premier League after taking maximum points from their first three matches of the season, and defender Gary Cahill -- who made his 200th appearance for the club against Burnley -- believes Conte's physical and tactical work in preseason has enabled his players to hit the ground running.

"We've added one or two quality players which is great but predominantly it's the same players from last year, and when we won the league the season before," Cahill told Chelsea's official website.

"The main thing for me is how fit and sharp we look, and the organisation in terms of where players need to be. I felt like last year we were all over the place at times. We've got discipline, we're organised and we look fit. I'm in the best condition I've been for a long time.

"The manager is adamant about the way he wants to play and that's what everyone has to buy into. If everybody pulls in the right direction, nine out of 10 times you'll succeed. The fitness and nutrition, things that people probably don't see, is vitally important, especially in this league."

Willian, who scored his first goal of the season against Burnley, added: "If we play together with the ball and without the ball we have a great chance to win more games and we have to continue in that way. The manager gives confidence to the players with the way he talks to us and he's doing a good job."
