Chelsea's Diego Costa earns fifth yellow, won't face Manchester United

Diego Costa picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in Chelsea's 2-2 draw with Watford, and will be out of Chelsea's next Premier League clash against Manchester United on Monday.

Costa scored both goals in Saturday's match against Quique Sanchez Flores' men but earned the yellow two minutes from time for a bad foul on Craig Cathcart.

"He is out, which means we have to think how to solve that problem," manager Guus Hiddink said. "It's a pity because now he's going into a good performance, but we have to solve that problem in 48 hours."

Costa had found the net just four times in 21 appearances in all competitions for Chelsea before Saturday's outburst.

However the former Atletico Madrid man will be now unavailable for Hiddink's second match in charge of the Blues at Old Trafford.
