SYDNEY -- Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho says striker Diego Costa is happy at Chelsea despite reports claiming he wants to go back to Spain.
Marca has reported that Spain international Costa is homesick and has made contact with Atletico Madrid over a return to his homeland.
However, Mourinho, speaking after Chelsea's 1-0 win over Sydney FC in Australia, says "he's the happiest guy in the dressing room, so if this is unhappiness, I'm happy with that."
Costa, 26, played 40 minutes on Tuesday, after scoring 20 goals in his debut season in the Premier League.
The striker signed for Chelsea from Atletico for £32 million last summer and helped the Blues win the Premier League title and the League Cup.
