Jose Mourinho to make late call on Diego Costa for Arsenal vs. Chelsea

Jose Mourinho will make a decision on whether Diego Costa starts in Sunday's clash against Arsenal on the day before the game, but says he will be back for the trip to Leicester City in midweek if he is not fit for this weekend.

Costa has missed the league leaders' last two games with a flare-up of his hamstring problem, but Mourinho confirmed he could return, although Loic Remy looks less likely.

"Didier [Drogba] for sure is good, is fine," Mourinho said. "Remy not for sure. And Diego... let's make a decision tomorrow.

"He's a very important player for us, but the reality is we are coping with the difficulties of every match without him. Remy did well for us; Didier is doing well for us. The team is playing in a different way to adapt to those two, but we are doing our job.

"We played amazingly well during the most part of the season, scoring a lot of goals and controlling games very well through the quality of our possession. In the last period we are more strategic, less artistic, but we are having results. I would love Diego to be back, but I trust the other people.

"This week, because we are not sure about him, we decided [Dominic] Solanke wouldn't play yesterday with the under-21s, also to have him fresh and ready. Didier and Solanke, or Didier and Diego. We make that decision tomorrow. But Diego is there for Leicester if not Arsenal."

Mourinho also said that he has no fear of Eden Hazard leaving the club, despite Zinedine Zidane's recent comments raising speculation that Real Madrid are interested in the attacker.

The French legend is the manager of Real's B team, and seen as a potential future coach of the senior side, and described the Belgian as one of the three best players in the world.

"We just signed a new contract with him," Mourinho said of Hazard. "We didn't put a gun to his head. He had a lot of time to think about it. He had the family to assist him in his analysis.

"He likes Chelsea, he likes the team, he likes the link. He made a commitment for the future of the team, signing a very good contract. I don't think he's interested in going."
