Isaac Kiese Thelin signs for Bordeaux from Malmo

BORDEAUX, France -- Bordeaux have signed striker Isaac Kiese Thelin on a four-and-a-half-year deal from Malmo.

The 22-year-old completed his medical on Thursday before signing a contract reportedly worth 3.5 million euros.

Thelin made his Champions League debut this season and scored five goals in 14 league games as Malmo retained their Swedish title.

His performances also earned him his first caps with Sweden in November last year.
