FIFA's World Cup squad list puts England's Harry Kane at 216 pounds

England renew their quest for a second World Cup title in Group G where Harry Kane & Co. will face Tunisia in their first match.

Harry Kane is one of the heaviest players at the World Cup, if you believe an apparent typo in FIFA's official squad list.

FIFA released the final squads of each of the World Cup's 32 teams on Monday, complete with shirt numbers, height and weight, and it listed Tottenham striker Kane at 98 kilograms (216 pounds).

That would have made Kane the second-heaviest player at the World Cup this summer, but England's Football Association told the Daily Mail that Kane's weight should have been listed at 89 kg (196 pounds).

Even subtracting Kane, England still tip the scales with two of the seven heaviest players, with Harry Maguire weighing in at an actual 98 kg (216 pounds), and Jack Butland at 96 kg (212 pounds).

Perhaps they can share some meals with Jesse Lingard, who is only 60 kg (132 pounds), putting him among the lightest after the 59 kg (130 pounds) of Japan's Takashi Inui, Mexico's Javier Aquino and Morocco's Mbark Boussoufa -- all of whom are at least six centimetres (2.3 inches) shorter than the Manchester United winger.

Panama defender Roman Torres will be the bulkiest player in Russia this summer, with the Seattle Sounders centre-back listed at 99 kg (218 pounds).

And since you were wondering, Cristiano Ronaldo is 80 kg (176 pounds), enough to outmuscle his rival Lionel Messi at 72 kg (159 pounds).
