Non-league side Black Country Rangers score Barcelona-esque goal
Malvern Town and Black Country Rangers extended their impressive unbeaten runs to 15 and 12 matches respectively when the two sides drew in the West Midlands League last Saturday afternoon.
The top-of-the-table clash was also notable for a truly exceptional goal scored by Rangers to rescue a point in the 84th minute.
This is a lesson in how to play non-league football! A goal that Barcelona would be proud of 💥👏👏👏 pic.twitter.com/DNyWELA5H9— Soccer AM (@SoccerAM) February 8, 2018
The preceding attacking move began almost literally on the away side's goal-line as the defence played their way out of trouble.
Rangers then moved the ball upfield with a flurry of quick passes before striker Kizza Clarke exchanged a smart one-two on the edge of the area and buried his shot past the Malvern goalkeeper.
Barcelona would be proud!
