Neymar, Alexis Sanchez, Eden Hazard, Ronaldo celebrate Mercurial boot

An constellation of star names turned out for a Nike event in London on Wednesday night, with Neymar, Eden Hazard, Alexis Sanchez and Ronaldo among those there to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Mercurial boot.

With the central theme of the evening being speed and power, it was only fitting that many of the guests arrived in custom MacClaren super cars.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Joe Gomez, Jordan Henderson and Emre Can all arrived in style as the Liverpool contingent made the trip aboard their own private jet.

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford also opted for the luxurious aerial approach.

Having recently moved to the city, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang enjoyed an office reunion of sorts after bumping into a former Dortmund teammate in the shape of Christian Pulisic.

Eden Hazard managed to get his hands on a pair of the brand new Mercurial Superfly 360 boots that Nike unveiled as part of the show.

They have already been declared "the best boots ever" by none other than Cristiano Ronaldo himself.

Who are we to argue?
