Antonio Conte gets own Twitter emoji to celebrate Chelsea's title win

The accolades just keep coming for Antonio Conte in the wake of Chelsea's recent cinching up of the Premier League title.

Indeed, the Blues boss has become the very first manager to be granted his own personal Twitter emoji. From now on, anybody wishing to herald Conte's success by using the #ChelseaChampions hashtag will see a little image of the Italian coach pop up in their tweet.

Of course, this comes but a few months after the painfully trendy Paul Pogba became the first player to score his own personal Twitter emoji. So who's next? Surely the #AllHailKingPulis and #ForzaAllardici hashtags can't be far away now.

Chris covers the funny side of the game for ESPN FC in the Toe Poke blog.
