Bayern Munich duo Franck Ribery and Thomas Muller have stepped up their comebacks from injury.
Ribery, 34, twisted his knee in the draw at Hertha Berlin on Oct. 1 and was reportedly facing several months on the sidelines with a torn ligament.
However, Bayern's longest-serving player was back running on Monday, while Muller is also making good progress.
Muller, 27, suffered a thigh muscle injury in the win at Hamburg on Oct. 21 and was ruled out for three weeks.
But he returned to the training pitch last week and is increasing his workload with running and coordination exercises.

Meanwhile, Bayern are looking for a new team doctor after the resignation of Dr Volker Braun.
The orthopaedist and trauma surgeon had been at Bayern for nine years and took over as club doctor in 2015.
"I've had an incredibly exciting, interesting and enjoyable time at Bayern," he said.
"However, in the future I want to focus more on my practice and especially on my family. They have come second too often in recent years."
CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge thanked Braun for his "commitment and expertise over the years."
Braun assumed responsibility for the first-team squad following the departure of Dr Hans-Wilhelm Muller-Wohlfahrt in 2015 after disagreements with Pep Guardiola over the treatment of injured players.
But Muller-Wohlfahrt has continued to treat individual players and Bild reported that he could return on a more permanent basis in the coming weeks.
