LONDON -- Dujon Sterling, Tammy Abraham and Fikayo Tomori were the heroes as Chelsea's under-18s clinched a third successive FA Youth Cup with a 3-1 victory over Manchester City at rain-soaked Stamford Bridge.
Sterling and Abraham capitalised on errors from City goalkeeper Daniel Grimshaw before Tomori guided in a late header to secure a 4-2 aggregate victory, and earn Chelsea's academy a second major trophy of the season after the under-19s defended the UEFA Youth League earlier this month.
Chelsea boss Joe Edwards made one change to the team that claimed a 1-1 draw in Friday's first leg at the Etihad Academy, with Abraham returning from injury to replace Ike Ugbo up front.
City coach Jason Wilcox, meanwhile, opted for the pace of Isaac Buckley-Ricketts over the midfield guile of Manu Garcia in an otherwise unchanged starting XI.
The winger found himself in the thick of the action inside two minutes, racing beyond Jay Dasilva and sending in a dangerous cross from the right that Trevoh Chalobah cleared for a corner.
After City's early flourish Chelsea settled into their passing rhythm, although the holders initially found it difficult to pick a way through the visitors' massed defensive ranks.

Chances for both sides were at a premium in a first half punctuated by the arrival of a spectacular thunderstorm, but City's pace on the flanks continued to be a threat and on 28 minutes Aaron Nemane stole in behind Chalobah before clipping in a low cross that Dasilva cleared with Lukas Nmecha lurking.
But as the rain subsided and the first half drew to a close, Chelsea upped their intensity and both Mason Mount and Mukhtar Ali threatened before Sterling finally made the breakthrough.
Ali's long hopeful pass saw Grimshaw freeze and the rapid Sterling -- no relation to City star Raheem -- stole in, poking the ball past the stranded goalkeeper before tapping into the empty net.
A heavy half-time downpour saturated the Stamford Bridge pitch, and as both sides adjusted to the conditions after the break, Buckley-Ricketts forced Tomori into a desperate clearance after escaping the attentions of Dasilva and Jake Clarke-Salter on the right.
Chelsea responded with a flowing move that culminated in Mount darting into the penalty area and squaring the ball for Abraham, whose shot was deflected just wide by the sliding Tosin Adarabioyo.
Nmecha put the ball in the net for City on 52 minutes but was judged offside in the build-up, and moments later Abraham tilted the match decisively in Chelsea's favour.
The striker met Isaac Christie-Davies' pinpoint cross with a looping header that Grimshaw appeared to misjudge before it went in off his crossbar.
City's resolve was broken and, as Chelsea laid siege to their goal, Tomori glanced an inviting Mount cross from the left into the far corner.
Brahim Diaz bagged a late consolation when he poked the ball beyond Nathan Baxter, but Chelsea comfortably saw out the final minutes to add another trophy to the academy's collection.
