Hull City's Robbie Brady is set to finalise a move to Norwich City and is undergoing a medical at Carrow Road, sources have told ESPN FC.

Brady has been one of Canaries boss Alex Neill's top targets this summer, with Norwich having several bids for the 23-year-old rejected before finally agreeing to meet Hull's £7 million valuation.

Hull boss Steve Bruce described some of the offers for the Republic of Ireland international as "embarrassing" as he fought to keep him after the Tigers' relegation from the Premier League last season.

Brady made 34 appearances for Hull last season and is a regular in Martin O'Neill's Republic of Ireland side.

He began his career at Manchester United and joined Hull on a permanent basis after two successful loan spells at the KC Stadium.

If Brady passes his medical and agrees personal terms he will become Norwich's third signing of the summer, with deals for Youssouf Mulumbu and Graham Dorrans already having been done.
