Premier League team news: All the latest injuries and suspensions

Get all the latest team news and information from the weekend action.

Saturday's matches

PREDICTION: A 3-2 win for Liverpool
FANTASY PICK: Steven Gerrard
KEY STAT: 51 of Gerrard's 92 Premier League assists have arrived at home. Only three players (Ryan Giggs 84, Dennis Bergkamp 66 and Frank Lampard 52) have provided more assists at home for a single club than the Liverpool captain has in the Premier League.

- LIVERPOOL

Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard will be given a guard of honour for his final match at Anfield with Crystal Palace the visitors. The 34-year-old is likely to start alongside Jordan Henderson in midfield as manager Brendan Rodgers expects to have the same squad which drew at Chelsea last weekend. After being sidelined by a hamstring injury for five weeks defender Mamadou Sakho trained this week as did striker Mario Balotelli, who did not make the squad at Stamford Bridge.

Provisional squad: Mignolet, Can, Skrtel, Lovren, Johnson, Ibe, Gerrard, Henderson, Coutinho, Sterling, Lambert, Jones, Ward, Manquillo, Moreno, Toure, Lucas, Allen, Markovic, Lallana, Sinclair, Balotelli.

- CRYSTAL PALACE

Crystal Palace have a clean bill of health. Boss Alan Pardew has revealed no new injury concerns, but hinted at several changes from the line-up that lost 2-1 to Manchester United. Academy winger Sullay Kaikai could be among several youngsters to make the trip to Merseyside.

Provisional squad: Speroni, Hennessey, Souare, Mariappa, Hangeland, Ward, Chamakh, Dann, Delaney, Kelly, Ledley, Jedinak, Puncheon, McArthur, Bolasie, Zaha, Murray, Sanogo, Gayle, Ameobi, Lee, Mutch, Kaikai.

Sunday's matches

PREDICTION: A 1-1 draw
FANTASY PICK: Sergio Aguero
KEY STAT: Sergio Aguero has scored in each of his last five Premier League games, netting eight in total. Aguero has never found the back of the net in six consecutive PL matches.

- SWANSEA

Bafetimbi Gomis should start after his decisive contribution at Arsenal last Monday. Gomis came off the bench after a month out with hamstring trouble to head home the late winner at the Emirates Stadium and keep alive Swansea's chances of qualifying for the Europa League. Swansea manager Garry Monk has "several players with niggles'' in his squad and will wait until the final training session on Saturday before deciding on his team selection, but Ashley Richards could replace Angel Rangel (hamstring) at right-back.

Provisional squad: Fabianski, Richards, Fernandez, Williams, Taylor, Cork, Ki, Shelvey, Montero, Sigurdsson, Gomis, Tremmel, Rangel, Tiendalli, Bartley, Fulton, Britton, Dyer, Emnes, Barrow, Grimes, King.

- MAN CITY

Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany and midfielder Yaya Toure are both back in contention to start. The pair were on the bench for last week's 6-0 demolition of QPR after injury lay-offs but only Toure saw any action. City have no fresh injury concerns but playmaker Samir Nasri is unavailable having been ruled out for the rest of the season with a groin injury.

Provisional squad: Hart, Caballero, Zabaleta, Sagna, Demichelis, Kompany, Mangala, Boyata, Clichy, Kolarov, Milner, Navas, Silva, Toure, Fernando, Fernandinho, Lampard, Aguero, Bony, Jovetic, Dzeko.

PREDICTION: A 1-0 win for Man Utd
FANTASY PICK: Ander Herrera
KEY STAT: Manchester United are unbeaten in seven home league meetings with Arsenal (W6 D1), since a 1-0 defeat in September 2006.

- MAN UTD

Captain Wayne Rooney will miss out with a dead leg. Vice-captain Michael Carrick (calf), defender Luke Shaw (head), and midfielder Andreas Pereira (international duty) are unavailable while centre-back Jonny Evans is a doubt with an unspecified injury. Right-back Rafael is unlikely to play despite overcoming a rib injury. Defender Marcos Rojo (adductor), striker Robin van Persie and midfielder Angel di Maria (both illness) are available after overcoming their respective problems.

Provisional squad: De Gea, Lindegaard, Valdes, Amos, Blackett, Blind, Smalling, McNair, Jones, Rojo, Evans, Young, Fellaini, Herrera, Valencia, Di Maria, Januzaj, Mata, Falcao, Rooney, Van Persie, Wilson.

- ARSENAL

Arsenal forward Danny Welbeck will miss the return to former club Manchester United on Sunday because of a knee injury. Midfielder Aaron Ramsey, who has been carrying a leg problem, is expected to feature having resumed training again following Monday night's home defeat by Swansea. Captain Mikel Arteta (ankle), midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and full-back Mathieu Debuchy (both hamstring) are still not match fit.

Provisional Squad: Ospina, Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Coquelin, Cazorla, Ramsey, Ozil, Sanchez, Giroud, Szczesny, Gabriel, Gibbs, Wilshere, Walcott, Rosicky, Flamini.

Monday's match

PREDICTION: A 2-0 win for Chelsea
FANTASY PICK: Loic Remy
KEY STAT: West Brom are unbeaten in their last three Premier League games at home to Chelsea (W2 D1), after losing each of the first five against the Blues at the Hawthorns.

- WEST BROM

West Brom boss Tony Pulis has a fully fit squad. The Baggies have been carrying several knocks for a number of weeks - although Pulis has kept the identity of the players a secret. Callum McManaman has fully recovered from his foot injury, though, with Saido Berahino and Brown Ideye pushing to start after being named on the bench in last week's 1-1 draw at Newcastle.

Provisional squad: Myhill, Rose, Gamboa, Wisdom, Dawson, McAuley, Lescott, Olsson, Brunt, Pocognoli, Gardner, Baird, Morrison, Fletcher, Mulumbu, McManaman, Yacob, Sessegnon, Berahino, Ideye, Anichebe.

- CHELSEA

Chelsea striker Diego Costa could return from his hamstring problem. Goalkeeper Petr Cech (calf) is a doubt and more likely to return for the final game of the season at home to Sunderland but defender Kurt Zouma is out for the rest of the campaign with a knee injury sustained against Liverpool. Ramires (kidney) and Oscar (thigh) are also out for the season, with young players like Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Isaiah Brown, once of West Brom's academy, likely to feature.

Provisional squad: Courtois, Cech, Ivanovic, Luis, Fabregas, Ake, Hazard, Drogba, Mikel, Remy, Costa, Matic, Willian, Cuadrado, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta, Blackman, Loftus-Cheek, Brown.
