END# Rayo Vallecano's on-loan Chelsea forward Gael Kakuta has said he is "focused on what I can do in the months and years ahead" as he looks to secure a move to a new club next summer. Kakuta, controversially signed by the Blues from Lyon in 2009, is in his sixth spell on loan from Stamford Bridge and is unlikely to be offered a new deal when his current contract expires at the end of the season. His last appearance for Chelsea came as a substitute in a 7-0 win over Ipswich in the 2011 FA Cup, and he said his focus was now on reviving his career and "being where I should be." The Frenchman's arrival at Chelsea from Lens saw him banned for four months and fined 780,000 euros for breaking his contract, with the club banned from transfer activity for two transfer windows -- punishments later overturned by the Court of Arbitration for Sport. But after two goals in his first seven games in Spain, he told The Independent: "People have heard my name since I was 17, so they've been expecting a lot from me since then. "Things didn't go the way people wanted, so now they think I'm finished -- but I'm only 23. Some players only really get their career going when they're 28, so I have plenty of time and I will end up being where I should be. "I know what I can do, so I'm not letting myself down or afraid of anything. I'm focused on what I can do over the next few months and years." He said he had benefited from his loan spells at Fulham, Bolton, Dijon, Lazio and Vitesse Arnhem, explaining: "I had different cultures in different countries. I've learnt from them and the players I've been playing with, so for me they've been good experiences. "Now it's just me who can hurt myself by playing badly or getting injured or letting myself down. I won't do that, because now I know what I have to do to be back in the big teams."
