Neymar scores twice for Barcelona against Juventus amid links to PSG

Neymar scored twice for Barcelona in the first half in a 2-1 win over Juventus on Saturday night amid widespread talk of the Brazilian's impending move to Paris Saint-Germain.

A source close to PSG told ESPN FC earlier on Saturday that Neymar had told the French club he wants a move and agreed to personal terms, though a transfer fee still needs to be agreed between the teams.

Nevertheless, the Brazilian star was in the lineup as Barcelona open their preseason schedule in the International Champions Cup against the Italian champions at sold-out MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

And it took just 15 minutes for Neymar to open the scoring, playing a one-two with Paco Alcacer before keeping his feet under pressure and shooting past Juventus keeper Gianluigi Buffon.

Neymar then danced through the Juventus defence again 10 minutes later to double Barcelona's lead.

Buffon denied him a chance at a hat trick before Barcelona changed all 11 players at half-time, with Neymar and Lionel Messi giving way while Luis Suarez came on.

Juventus, who gave new signing Rodrigo Bentancur his debut in a Juventus shirt, got a goal back through Giorgio Chiellini's 63rd-minute header, but Barcelona had the better of late chances and saw out the win.
