Angel Di Maria out of Argentina matches with hamstring injury

Angel Di Maria will miss the upcoming Argentina friendlies with a hamstring injury.

Angel Di Maria has withdrawn from Argentina's camp after suffering a left hamstring injury during training, the squad announced on Wednesday.

The Paris Saint-Germain star had been participating with the Albiceleste in Madrid in preparation of two upcoming friendlies.  Argentina will play Venezuela at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium on March 23. Three days later, they will take on Morocco in Tangier.

Di Maria has scored 14 goals and 13 assists in all competitions with PSG this season.

The South American powerhouse won't be short of notable players though, as Lionel Messi and Paulo Dybala have been with the squad.
