FC Seoul remain unbeaten in Asian Champions League; Sydney FC win

JINAN, China -- FC Seoul remained undefeated in the Asian Champions League with their third win from as many matches after beating Chinese club Shandong Luneng 4-1 with a pair of Adriano goals on Wednesday.

FC Seoul lead Group F with nine points, three ahead of Shandong.

Adriano converted Yojiro Takahagi's looping cross from the left for his first goal. Jucilei equalized in the second half with a header that beat FC Seoul goalkeeper Yoo Hyun, but Go Yo-han put the visitors ahead three minutes later, and Dejan Damjanovic widened the lead three minutes after that.

The visitors sealed the win when Damjanovic squared the ball for Adriano to slot into an empty net.

Takuma Asano scored twice as J-League champion Sanfrecce Hiroshima beat Thailand's Buriram United 3-0 to pick up their first win in Group F.

Kohei Shimizu also scored.

In Group H, Urawa Reds scored late through Shinzo Koroki to draw with defending champion and host Guangzhou Evergrande, which have yet to win after three games.

Sydney FC moved into first place in Group H after beating South Korea's Pohang Steelers 1-0. Chris Naumoff scored the only goal just before halftime. Sydney were two points ahead of Pohang and Urawa.
